Added Auto-Save To Report Edit Page!
This is huge!!! Kompmodo now has Auto-Save build into the edit report page. Auto save is activated “after” the first MLS number is entered into the report. This is a great way to make sure that you don’t lose your progress.
Agents can turn off the Auto-Save feature in two places. On the report edit page itself, or in the Settings -> Report Settings page.
Property Attributes Updated
The Edit Report page has a brand new feature: Property attributes.
Property attributes helps you to quickly compare the overall status of each property against one another and have the price adjusted appropriately. The adjustment value of the property attributes is calculated based as a percentage of the sold price. The standard percentage is 2% and can be adjusted in “Settings -> Adjustment Values”.
Comparable Analysis PDF Layout Updated
We updated the layout for the PDF’s so that the header section now includes the agent’s profile photo and full contact information. We also created a dynamic PDF intro banner photo. The PDF intro photo has three possible options.
- Subject property image – if you uploaded a photo of your subject property, it will be displayed as the header photo.
- Standard Profile PDF intro banner – if you uploaded a new header banner, then it will be displayed if the subject property is not set. This is a great option if you want to display your building photo as the default image for your reports.
- We now have a default photo (barn in meadow) if no other image is set by the agent.
The PDF intro banner can be changed by logging in and clicking the “Profile” menu link. Then scrolling down to the media section.
The map listing and list was updated to showcase the subject property and comps in a clean an orderly fashion.
Appraisal Wording Changed
Removed the word Appraisal from the email text and pdf’s. We have instead updated the text to say “Comparable Price Analysis”. This is included in the email subject line and in the comp PDF’s.
Here are a couple minor changes:
- Added page number to PDF reports
- Fixed bug when report was deleted prior to the PDF being created.
- Removed login screen on registration page.
- Updated market value price to change whenever the property attributes was updated.
